Use this form to apply for a place in a Hackney school for the 2024/25 academic year. If you want to apply for schools outside Hackney, you must contact the local authority in the area where the school is located.
If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan, you should not complete this form. Please contact the EHCP team on 020 8820 7000 (option 4) for further advice.
